1. Provides your facility with immediate delivery thus avoiding
any unnecessary shutdowns or inconveniences. We stock the 2" x 4"
x 6" and 2-1/2" x 4" x 6".
2. The block is produced from recycled materials making it
environmentally correct from cradle to grave.
3. We supply 5 gallon containers of adhesive to install the
blocks. The adhesive is asphalt based and has no VOC's. MSDS
sheets are readily available.
4. Provides a denser block, making the block harder, which will
result in less grooving and providing longer duration for the
product. It is ergonomically better than concrete, softer and
quieter when AGV's or other vehicles ride over them.
5. Absorbs water at less than 2% mass which means minimal or no
block expansions or swelling.
6. Package the block in a memory strapping, eliminating numerous
trips carrying single blocks.
7. The block is manufactured to size
+ or - 1/16" which makes them
easier to install because of uniformality and easier to repair
than concrete.
8. The blocks can be manufactured with MISS (Metals, Inc. Safety
Stripping) with different colors for safety.
9. Metals, Inc. can produce the block in different lengths in 6",
8", 10" and up to 60" reducing the amount of blocks and labor in
installation.
