 Perf-O-Grip
Plank Grating is a one-piece metal plank grating manufactured by a
cold forming process in the shape of a channel. The web of the
channel is the walking surface and has large de-bossed holes,
surrounded by smaller embossed traction buttons.
Specifications:
Safety grating planks shall be manufactured from one-piece
material having de-bossed holes each surrounded by 6 perforated
buttons.
Safety grating planks shall have integral side channels and be
manufactured from:
- Hot Rolled Steel
- Pre-Galvanized Steel (G90)
- Aluminum Alloy 5052H32
- Stainless Steel Type 304 or Type 316 (special
make)
Product Standards:
Material
- Steel – 13 Gauge or 11 Gauge (Galvanized or Hot Rolled
Steel)
- Aluminum – 0.125” Thickness (Alloy 5052H32)
Stock Lengths:
10’ or 12’ (Special cut sizes available upon request)
